Megado This innovative dobby loom is the flagship of the Louët family, and comes as a surprise to the complex weaver...Sorry, only the weaving is complex! The Megado is simple, easy to operate, and robust enough to handle all your projects.To create a shed, we invented a new system. The selected shafts and the back beam move in conjunction to create a countermarch shed.
The Megado is available in 28”, 44”, and 52” weaving widths. It can be purchased with either 16 shafts or 32 shafts. The lifting mechanism is incredibly light to operate, even when lifting most of the shafts.
The Megado can be purchased with either the mechanical dobby head or an electronic dobby. Several software packages that work with the Megado interface include: Fiberworks PCW, Patternland, PixieLoom, Weavemaker, Proweave and Weave It.
The Megado interface supports both PC and MacIntosh operating platforms. We also now offer a USB to serial converter for our interfaces.
The Megado is made of Ash hardwood and is finished with a double coat of semi gloss laquer.
Louet Dobby USB Files Please note that the interface works with either the serial port or the USB port.
The interface has a built-in serial to USB converter. To use the Interface through the USB port, first install the USB driver.

The Victoria is not like your everyday spinning wheel. It’s light, portable and incredibly easy to use. The Victoria has been designed with precision and care, from advice recieved by today’s hand spinner. Wheels are made of laminated hardwood with a "birch" exterior finish.

Sturdy construction makes it a suitable wheel for production spinners. The single hole in the wheel leads to a balanced flywheel, which ensures that the wheel always stops in the place that you stop. S10 DT - The demand for double treadle wheels was so strong we adapted our original classic with a true double treadle system similar to the S51DT system. Clear lacquered.
S15 - This unfinished solid wheel allows you to create your own unique finish. It has all of the standard features of a Louët wheel with a low price.
S17 - Introducing the everyday wheel. This single treadle wheel is designed with the budget conscious spinner in mind! Smooth ball bearing operation like all our wheels, easy treadling, and a well balanced wheel that won’t disappoint! Comes as a kit with assembly instructions. A great wheel at a really great price!

S51 DT - The popularity of double treadle wheels combined with Louëts durable design and leading edge technology lead us to the S51 DT. It treadles smoothly in a similair bicycle fashion as the S75. (Each foot travels in the opposite direction)
S75 - The S75 DT combines a traditional spoke look with the technically advanced features of all our Louet spinning wheels, and comes in unfinished wood so you can choose your own finish.
